Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Return requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation

The item must not show any signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage

Quality issues (manufacturing defects or damage occurring during shipment) are also eligible for return

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used, washed, or altered

Items with missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

Items damaged due to customer misuse

Gift cards (non-refundable)

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at info@tommyjohn.sbs with your order number and the reason for return

Wait for our team to provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories

Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package

Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions

Please do not send your return back to us without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Return Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Return shipping labels will be provided by us upon approval of your return request. If you choose to use a different shipping method, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees. The full purchase price of the eligible item(s) will be refunded.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect the package to ensure all eligibility conditions are met. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your refund after the return has been inspected and approved.

Refund Method & Time to Receive Funds

After your return is processed, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method (the same credit card, debit card, or PayPal account used for the purchase). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. This time frame is determined by your bank or payment provider and is outside of our control.

Partial Refunds & Deductions

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our eligibility requirements (e.g., used, dirty, or missing original packaging), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return entirely. In such cases, you will be notified via email.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item following the process above, and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. These include:

Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page

Gift cards (non-refundable)

Items returned after the 30-day return window
