Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (Lower 48 states only) . At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery within the continental United States typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Carriers
To ensure efficient delivery, we work with a network of reputable shipping carriers. The carrier for your order will be assigned at the time of dispatch based on your location and package weight. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable logistics partners. Once your order ships, the assigned carrier information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States. No minimum purchase is required. Express or expedited shipping options are not currently available.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for tracking information to become available on the carrier’s website.
Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@tommyjohn.sbs. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address. Any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information will be your responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, building management, or local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided on your order. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@tommyjohn.sbs, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Holidays & Weather Delays
During peak holiday seasons or severe weather conditions, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays, but we recommend placing orders in advance during the holiday season to account for potential carrier disruptions.
